Cancellare il tuo account CREAttiva

Read this page in English →

  3. Scorri in fondo e tocca Elimina account.
  4. Conferma.

Indirizzo: supporto@ceraunavoltailpodcast.it
Oggetto: Cancellazione account CREAttiva

Ricevi conferma entro 30 giorni, e in genere molto prima.

Che cosa viene cancellato

CosaChe fine fa

The fastest way is inside the app, and you do not need anyone's permission: it happens immediately. If you have already uninstalled CREAttiva, use the second route below.

If you still have the app

  1. Open CREAttiva and go to Profile.
  2. If you want to keep a copy of your work first, tap Download my data. Do it now: there is no going back afterwards.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. From that moment your account and your data are gone, both from the phone and from the server.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Send an email from the address you registered with, so I can recognise you:

Email to delete your account

Address: supporto@ceraunavoltailpodcast.it
Subject: CREAttiva account deletion

Write from the address you used in the app. It is the only way I can be sure it is really you. I will never ask for your password, and you must never send it.

You will get a confirmation within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account (email and password), your profile (name, surname, business, mobile number, preferences) and all your work stored on the server: materials, products, recipes, sales, expenses, markets, address book, departments. Data on your phone is deleted too if you do it from the app; if you already uninstalled, it went with the app.

The newsletter is separate: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or ask for it in the same email.

This is permanent. Once deleted nothing can be recovered, not even by me. If you think you might come back one day, download your data from the app first.

What may remain, and for how long

If you had a subscription, Google Play or the App Store keep the transaction records for their own tax and accounting obligations. Those are not under my control and I cannot delete them. They concern the payment, not your work.

Nothing else is kept: no copies, no archives, no lists.
