In due righe. CREAttiva funziona tutta sul tuo telefono. Il conto online è facoltativo: serve solo se vuoi ritrovare il tuo lavoro su un altro apparecchio o non perderlo se il telefono si rompe. Non c'è pubblicità, non c'è tracciamento, e i tuoi dati non vengono venduti a nessuno.
Il titolare del trattamento è Maria Carlotta Del Nista, che pubblica il podcast Cera una volta ed è l'autrice dell'app CREAttiva.

Non è stato nominato un responsabile della protezione dei dati, perché non è obbligatorio in questo caso.
CREAttiva ha tre posti dove possono stare delle informazioni, e sono molto diversi fra loro.
Tutto il tuo lavoro: materiali, prodotti, ricette, vendite, spese, market, la rubrica dei tuoi clienti, i reparti, le foto. Se non crei un conto, queste cose non escono mai dal tuo telefono e non le vediamo nemmeno noi. L'unico modo per portarle fuori è la copia di sicurezza, che fai tu e che finisce dove decidi tu.
Il conto è facoltativo. Se lo crei, il tuo profilo e il tuo lavoro vengono copiati su un server situato in Germania (Francoforte), nell'Unione Europea, gestito da Supabase. Ogni persona ha il proprio spazio: la protezione è impostata nel database stesso, in modo che da un conto si possano leggere soltanto i propri dati.
I dati che scrivi in registrazione vengono inviati a un foglio di calcolo di Google che appartiene alla titolare, per tenere l'elenco delle iscritte e, se hai dato il consenso, per la newsletter.

La tua password non la conosce nessuno. Non viene salvata né sul tuo telefono né fra i nostri dati: la custodisce Supabase in forma cifrata. Nemmeno la titolare può leggerla, e non te la potrà mai dire. Se la dimentichi, si rifà da capo.
CREAttiva chiede al telefono soltanto questi permessi:

CREAttiva non può accedere alla fotocamera, al microfono, alla tua posizione né alla rubrica del telefono. Non è una promessa: quei permessi sono stati tolti dall'app, quindi è il sistema operativo stesso a non consentirlo.

Due di questi diritti li eserciti da sola, dentro l'app, senza chiedere niente a nessuno. Nel Profilo trovi Scarica i miei dati, che ti dà un file con tutto quello che hai inserito, ed Elimina account, che cancella i tuoi dati dal telefono e dal server.
Se hai già disinstallato l'app, puoi chiedere la cancellazione da questa pagina: cancella il tuo account CREAttiva.
Per tutto il resto scrivi a supporto@ceraunavoltailpodcast.it. Rispondo entro un mese, come prevede la legge.
Se ritieni che i tuoi dati siano trattati male, puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) oppure all'autorità del Paese in cui vivi.
CREAttiva è destinata a persone maggiorenni e lo chiede al momento della registrazione. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori di 18 anni. Se ti accorgi che è successo, scrivimi e cancellerò tutto.
Se questa informativa cambia, la data in cima cambia con lei. Se la modifica è importante te lo diciamo dentro l'app, non solo qui.

In short. CREAttiva runs entirely on your phone. The online account is optional: it only exists so you can find your work again on another device, or not lose it if your phone breaks. There are no ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold.
The data controller is Maria Carlotta Del Nista, who publishes the Cera una volta podcast and is the author of the CREAttiva app.

On your phone. All your work: materials, products, recipes, sales, expenses, markets, your customer address book, departments, photos. If you do not create an account, none of this ever leaves your phone and we cannot see it. The only way it leaves is the backup you make yourself.
On the server, only if you create an account. The account is optional. If you create one, your profile and your work are copied to a server located in Germany (Frankfurt), in the European Union, operated by Supabase. Each person has their own space, enforced by the database itself: an account can only read its own rows.
In the controller's spreadsheet. What you type when you register is sent to a Google spreadsheet belonging to the controller, to keep the list of users and, if you consented, for the newsletter.

Nobody knows your password. It is stored neither on your phone nor in our data: Supabase keeps it encrypted. Not even the controller can read it, and she will never be able to tell it to you. If you forget it, you set a new one.
CREAttiva asks your phone for these permissions only: internet; vibration; reading your photo gallery (Android 12 and earlier only), to pick your logo or banner image; and writing (Android 12 and earlier only), to save your backup.
CREAttiva cannot access your camera, microphone, location or phone contacts. This is not a promise: those permissions have been removed from the app, so the operating system itself will not allow it.
Supabase (account and sync; servers in the European Union, Frankfurt; US company, under standard contractual clauses) · Google, Sheets and Apps Script (the user list; EU/US, under standard contractual clauses) · MailerLite (the newsletter, only with your consent; it records whether you open the message and click its links; EU) · Brevo (confirmation and password-reset emails; EU) · Google Play and the App Store (subscriptions, once they exist).
A written agreement with each of them requires that they process data only on the controller's behalf and on her instructions.
Work on your phone: until you delete it or uninstall the app. Account and data on the server: until you ask for deletion. Records you deleted: 180 days, then gone entirely. Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
At any time you may access your data and get a copy, correct it, have it erased, take it elsewhere in a machine-readable format, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw your newsletter consent without affecting what was done before.
Two of these you can exercise yourself, inside the app. In your Profile there is Download my data, which gives you a file with everything you entered, and Delete account, which erases your data from the phone and from the server.
If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request deletion here: delete your CREAttiva account.
For anything else, write to supporto@ceraunavoltailpodcast.it. You will get an answer within one month, as the law requires.
If you believe your data is handled improperly you may complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or to the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
CREAttiva is intended for adults and asks you to confirm this when you register. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you notice that this has happened, write to us and everything will be deleted.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant we will tell you inside the app, not only here.
